BlueChem’s 5 strengths
The BlueChem incubator offers a mix of flexible workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms and laboratories for research in sustainable chemistry. Three labs are fully equipped, the others are customizable according to your specific needs.
BlueChem is located at Blue Gate Antwerp, the first circular, eco-effective and water-bound business park in Belgium. A prime location in the Antwerp port area, home to Europe’s largest integrated chemical cluster.
BlueChem works with exclusive partners to provide tenants the maximum support with the best expertise, for example in the areas of business development, legal advice, HR management, financial support, intellectual property, etc.
The city of Antwerp offers incubator tenants financial support to furnish their laboratory through the BlueChem Kickstart Fund.
BlueChem operates within an ecosystem of open innovation with direct links to international chemical companies, all five Flemish universities and renowned research centres. Catalisti, the spearhead cluster for the chemical and plastics industry in Flanders, also plays an active role in BlueChem.
